What Rajneta is

Rajneta is an election-management application provided to registered political-party and campaign clients in India. Access requires an account issued by the client's administrator; there is no public sign-up.

Data the application holds

Electoral roll data.Voter-list records shown in the application originate from electoral rolls published by the Election Commission of India and State Election Commissions. These are official public documents; Rajneta digitises them for the client's lawful campaign use (voter slips, canvassing lists, turnout tracking).

Account data.For each user account: name, login ID, role, assigned geography, and — where the user completes verification — a mobile number confirmed from the user's own SIM and an e-mail address confirmed through Google Sign-In. Activity relevant to security (logins, record changes) is logged with IP-derived location for the client administrator's audit.

Google user data

When you use Sign in with Google or Continue with Google, Rajneta receives only your Google account's basic profile: e-mail address, name, and profile picture reference. This is used solely to verify that the e-mail belongs to you and to sign you into your existing Rajneta account. Rajneta does not read, store, or request any other Google data, and does not share Google user data with any third party. Rajneta's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent any data.
• We do not share one client's data with another client — every client has a separate database.
• We do not use voter or account data for advertising.

Storage and security

Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region) with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Offline copies on a signed-in device are encrypted (AES-GCM-256) and are removed when the account signs out or is deactivated. Access is role-restricted: a user sees only the geography their administrator assigns.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the client's engagement is active and removed on the client's instruction after it ends. To have your verified contact details corrected or removed, ask your client administrator, or contact us directly at the address below.
